WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a dedicated Service Technician to support two of our premier communities. If you’re hands-on, proactive, and committed to delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!

💼 Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Compensation:

    • $22/hour (based on experience)

    • $500 Sign-On Bonus

    • Monthly Phone Allowance

  • Location: Villas of Castleton & Lancaster Lofts

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service requests and complete maintenance work orders promptly

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

  • Troubleshoot and repair appliances

  • Maintain property grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal

  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies (evenings, weekends, holidays)

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of general maintenance experience (residential preferred)

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)

🎓 Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
