🔧 HVAC Service Technician – Highlands at Warwick & Charleston Townhouses

📍 Lititz & Lancaster, PA
💲 $28/hour + Phone Stipend, On-Call Allowance, Company Vehicle, and $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after introductory period)
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team, supporting Highlands at Warwick and Charleston Townhouses in Lititz and Lancaster, PA. This hands-on role focuses on repair, maintenance, and installation of HVAC systems across residential communities.

We’re looking for a diagnostic problem-solver with proven HVAC repair experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

  • 🛠️ Respond promptly to HVAC service requests and work orders

  • ❄️ Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation equipment)

  • 🔧 Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak efficiency

  • 🏡 Support apartment turnover by handling HVAC-related tasks

  • 📝 Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking

  • ✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations

  • 🤝 Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams

  • 📞 Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 🎓 HVAC Certification (EPA required)

  • 🔌 Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry & appliance repair

  • 📅 Ability to work rotating on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)

  • 🚗 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

🎓 Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3–5 years of professional maintenance/HVAC experience
