Service Technician – Twin Ridge Apartments, Baltimore, MD

Twin Ridge Apartments is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.
📅 Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

On-call availability required (rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays)
💰 Starting Pay:

From $20/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems
-
Perform general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
-
Complete drywall installation, finishing, and painting
-
Maintain and repair appliances
-
Prepare apartments for move-in (turns)
-
Keep property grounds safe and well-maintained, including snow removal as needed
-
Participate in on-call emergency rotation
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of residential or multi-family maintenance experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
HVAC or CFC certification strongly preferred
-
Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
-
Ability to climb ladders up to 85’
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
