Wilson & Company is looking for a Civil Engineering intern focused on Civil Engineering to join our Omaha office. As an Intern in our office:
- You will perform hands-on work to apply your classroom experience to real-world projects and help you envision your future career.

- You will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate with partners to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment.

Required Skills- Civil engineering student with an interest in a civil-works career, such as highway engineering, municipal roadway engineering, drainage engineering, water infrastructure engineering, and/or flood control engineering.
- Work cooperatively with team members in addition to other Wilson & Company Divisions throughout the 15 offices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a team under corresponding supervisor.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Positive attitude and an impeccable work ethic.
- Civil engineering student from an ABET accredited school.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to commute to/from school to the office, and work in an office environment. No remote work anticipated.
- Highly responsible and dependable. Capacity to manage and maintain a sustainable balance between school, internship, and personal demands.
- Working knowledge of MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD and/or Civil3D drafting/design programs a plus, but not necessary. You will receive significant hands-on and tutorial training on any number of these as an employee.
