The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.  The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing new plating, coating, and metallurgical processes in an R&D environment along with launching these processes into production.

Additionally, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer will:

  • Work closely with team members in other departments to resolve design, performance, and production challenges.
  • Develop innovative solutions with a creative mindset.
  • Contribute consistently to our vision of a safe and productive work place.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science or Engineering.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a production or research environment.
  • Previous exposure to designing tools and fixtures in NX is a plus.
  • An interest in gas turbine engine manufacturing.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.  Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
