Position Summary
Provides clerical & support for Occupational Medicine Clinic.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to meet minimum hospital hiring standards
- Strong clerical skills, including keyboard and basic computer programs
- Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
- Bilingual English/Spanish desirable
- Good communication skills in dealing with general public on phone and in person.
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Willingness to learn drug testing and some back office occupational medicine procedures.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for front office processes to include scheduling patients, insurance verification, workers' compensation claim management
- Assist with back office responsibilities.
- Responsible for other office duties.
