- Salary Range: Up to $110,000/ Dependent on Experience & Other factors

What do we need from you?

- To work collaborative with all members of the team and community
- To have of all resident care and nursing staff employment life cycle

- To protect and advocate for residents’ rights
- To demonstrate employee care by maintaining positive engagement, retention, and high levels of team morale

- Operations
- To Direct resident care and coordinate services given by other care providers
- To establish and monitor quality assessment of current process
- To identify and report deviations, and establish process improvement activities
- To manage emergency situations based on organizations protocol
- Financial
- To develop and monitor the operating and capital budgets for Resident Care
- To review budget on monthly basis; reports and explains variances.
- To continuously monitor and evaluate staffing ratios and patterns to recommend appropriate staffing levels
What do you bring to the table?
- You are a Registered Nurse, in good standing
- You possess and can maintain an active, current IL State nursing License
- You have one (1) to three (3) years of Leadership experience in a hospital, long-term care, or other healthcare related facility
- You have hands-on experience completing MDS and Care Plans (required)
- You have completed the CDC required Infection Preventionist training (recognized by IDPH) – or can complete this requirement within 90 days of hire.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and continuing Care Retirement Community operations
- A Courteous and professional manner through interactions with others
- A resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving, goal setting and management philosophy
- Discretion in handling confidential information, incorporating all federal, state, and local privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Empathy and keen to the needs of older adults; enjoy working with a senior population
- Proficient human relations skills
- Experience in interviewing, selecting, evaluation, training, coaching, and motivating staff.
Other federally regulated requirements:
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check, including (MVR) moving vehicle records.
- Must have or be willing to receive the Flu-Shot Vaccine, and TB testing
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening, to include cannabis.
- Must be willing to undergo biometric screening.
