ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop strategic plans and standards for the Be Well technology language, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead Be Well technology planning, including fostering innovation and Be Well planning projects.
  • Develop the Data Architecture to support customer-centricity and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to build the Be Well Mutual Membership program.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners and vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the program, leveraging the expertise of various stakeholders and capitalizing on the Wellabe brand.
  • Responsible for communicating project updates and progress to senior leadership, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to developers and engineers involved in projects, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Explore business solutions that align with Wellabe’s long-term strategic objectives.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

  • In-depth understanding of technology field concepts, languages, principles, and processes related to software engineering and architecture, along with success leveraging technology and data to meet business objectives.
  • Extensive expertise in large natural language models and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information system or related field. Combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Experience

  • 8+ years relevant experience, customer platform development, system architecture and analysis
  • 2+ years of leading external partnerships

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Trainings/Seminars/Conferences
  • Up to 10%
  • Position will also attend Accelerators and Incubators to network

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primarily works in an office environment (or in-home office) performing work that is sedentary which involves remaining stationary and working on a computer for long periods of time
  • Must be able to review, assess, and/or analyze data and figures by viewing a computer screen, including extensive reading.
  • Regularly communicates with others in-person, via video conferencing, electronically (including email), or by phone to exchange accurate information.
