Description:
We are searching for an exceptional person to take the senior position leading our marketing communications efforts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about media, and has a proven ability to coordinate integrated marketing communications programs across web, print, broadcast, multimedia, and event-based venues. Candidates must be highly motivated, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate message development and testing based on features and benefits
- Establish and manage vendor relationships with key marketing vendors and independent contractors, writers and designers
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing communications programs, campaigns and activities that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Provide daily project-management coordination across launch related activities within the company
- Monitor and report marketing results, track programs, and ensure that marketing activities remain on budget
- Participate in the growth of the company by helping to reinforce company culture, recruit talent and develop positive partner relationships
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, marketing, management or related field
- Experience working in a creative, advertising or PR agency
- 4+ years minimum marketing communications experience in a company that delivers interactive multimedia and/or web communications
- Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of direct marketing, SEO and SEM techniques
- Hands-on approach toward tackling tactical as well as strategic work
- Proven teamwork skills to help deliver on-time, on-budget marketing results
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the media industry is a plus
