As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department.

Pay: Up to $25 hr + bonus. 

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the property, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the building remains in optimal condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical certifications are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary
