Steamboat Animal Hospital is a multi-doctor small animal practice focused on quality medicine and teamwork. We have a strong focus on family. Experienced vets will find a rewarding experience & new grads are encouraged to apply. We have regular meetings to keep medical standards high and are always trying to improve. Each doctor has their own doctor assistant that mimics their schedule. Full time scheduling is flexible, most of our doctors work 4 days a week but we would be able to discuss what works for you and your family.

At Steamboat, our doctors work together as a team and are encouraged to pick each other’s brains as often as possible. We are working on expanding our space to include a surgical center to offer more room for surgery & dental procedures. We pride ourselves on providing the best care by offering a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental services using progressive, modern medicine and innovative technology. We offer a modern, spacious working area, a large treatment area, an in-house laboratory, digital radiology (dental as well), diagnostic ultrasound, and Class IV Laser Therapy. To complement our doctors, we also have experienced licensed support staff, outstanding assistants, and a strong practice management team to provide additional support. We work a lot with multiple rescue organizations and are in the preceptorship program with WSU for 4^th year vet students as well as the Vet Tech program at Pierce.
