VRC Investigations is currently expanding our Production/Evidence Intake Unit. Veracity Research Co. Investigations (VRC), is one of the nation’s leading and most experienced investigation companies. VRC is seeking qualified Evidence Administrator candidates. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the day-to-day insurance fraud defense investigations and operational needs for multi-state regions. As a key member of the VRC production/evidence intake division, the Evidence Administrator will assist in all facets of the company by converting, editing, and reviewing information/evidence/documentation pertaining to fraud investigations. The Evidence Administrator will complete tasks with other team members under management supervision and when needed, will have the opportunity to cross train into other departments/divisions. All team members must have excellent computer skills, be able to multi-task, and problem solve. This position is a full-time, non-exempt, position located in our corporate office in Denton, TX and will report to the Production/ Evidence Manager.
The successful candidate will have related experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Meeting deadlines/multitasking
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of file formats (.MP3, .MP4, .PDF, etc.)
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily audit of production team inbox to ensure that all assignments are being worked according to proper protocol
- Review day-to-day activities of the assigned tasks to ensure they are completed promptly and with the high quality and consistency VRC is known for
- Assist with operations of production staff
- Track and report team statistics
- Track and report case evidence
- Client Video Request
- Quality assurance regarding accuracy of reports, videos, evidence, submission, following client protocol and all other aspects of evidence handling, producing files and storage of evidence
- Ability to work several different conversion and editing programs in order to process and clean audiovisual materials
- Producing and mailing completed investigation materials per client request
- Assist in ensuring investigations are completed on time
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Microsoft Office Knowledge (1 year or more required)
- Audio/Video skills and editing/reviewing a plus
- Be highly motivated and possess the ability to work under little supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability
- Must pass a drug test and pre-employment testing
- Upon hiring, you must proficiently learn and utilize all electronic tools as required within the scope of this position to include the company’s IMS case tracking system

Compensation:
VRC employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis at an hourly wage ($15.00 - $16.00/hr) to commensurate with experience.
