We’re looking for a Medical Assistant to support our physicians, patients, and clinic operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented medical office. If you enjoy helping patients, working hands-on in clinical care, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you!

Medical Assistant 2 Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Welcome and prepare patients for exams and procedures

  • Take vitals, update EMR, assist with minor surgeries and in-office procedures

  • Perform basic podiatric care (nail care, callus removal, diabetic shoe fitting)

  • Process prescriptions, insurance verifications, and patient education

  • Conduct X-rays, manage lab specimens, and maintain supplies/instruments

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation

Medical Assistant 2 Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Medical Assistant program completion OR 1+ years of clinical experience

  • CMA or RMA certification preferred

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Medical Assistant 2 Pay Range:

  • $18 - $21/hr based on experience
