Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth in Crisis
Unison Health is looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Therapist to provide behavioral health support to youth in crisis at the Lucas County Juvenile Detention Center and Youth Treatment Center. This unique role offers the opportunity to help stabilize and support teens during critical moments in their lives.
We offer flexible scheduling and no productivity or direct time requirements, so you can focus on delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver trauma-informed, short-term therapy and crisis stabilization

Provide individualized care coordination and planning

Coordinate outpatient services prior to community reentry

Support youth and families during and after detention
-
Collaborate with juvenile justice partners across Lucas County
-
Contribute to Unison’s Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) team
