TTI, Inc. is looking for a Director of IS Business Services at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.
The Director of IS Business Services manages the administrative services within the IS department. This position is responsible for the administration, reporting and document retention of all IS contracts, purchases and licenses. Assures IS department is compliant with all executed agreements. Assists with development and maintenance of internal IS policies and procedures using ITIL best practices. Audits to ensure IT department is following established policies and procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assists or leads in the preparation, negotiation, review and approval of IS contracts.
- Oversees IS procurement, billing and reconciliation.
- Utilize ITSM methods to maintain, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes & performance.
- Strategically develops and manages vendor relationships to ensure value, leverage and standardization.
- Manages all software and hardware license renewals and ensures compliance.
- Manages external software audits.
- Develops and manages policies and procedures for IS governance.
- Responsible for IS document control and management.
- Regularly leads in the development, enhancement and support of administration processes and procedures.
- Maintains all procurement and contract related documents in approved tool.
- Assist in preparation of annual budget by preparing budgetary numbers for ongoing maintenance and support commitments.
- Motivate, lead and manage teams to achieve fullest potential by establishing mutually satisfactory goals, providing necessary training, and by receiving regular feedback that is consistent with the company’s performance appraisal process.
- Administer performance appraisals for staff by measuring, evaluating performance and quality of tasks performed throughout the year
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business administration, finance or legal preferred; seven to ten years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years management experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
- Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
