ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design solutions and implement best practices for supporting Truebeck's core system infrastructure
  • Work with security and database teams to define standards for database deployments and the security of company data.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Truebeck's applications, supporting and troubleshooting them along with recommending appropriate solutions, upgrades or changes as
  • Provide laas production support, triage incidents and conduct root cause analysis when
  • Continuously analyze and review network and laas capacity and performance, making recommendations for optimizing performance and
  • Perform system administration activities, including server management, performance monitoring, management of system resources, alert monitoring, backup and recovery, security, storage management, server and solution design, process improvement and automation using ITSM best practices.
  • Manage monthly patch maintenance, conduct and respond to security audits, work with leadership to define and implement security
  • Perform all non-emergency planned maintenance, repairs, and upgrades (i.e., operating system upgrades, server refresh, enhancements, installs, ) during scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document the root causes of
  • Implement ITIL and NIST cybersecurity best
  • Improve existing products and procedures by evaluating the latest trends and new software, conducting proof of concept testing on the latest software and hardware
  • Collaborate and communicate with IT teams and end users on IT strategies and
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams to support the testing, installation, operations, and maintenance of systems.
  • Source and manage internet providers.

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years related IT work experience
  • CCNA Certificate
  • Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies
  • Certification in ITIL methodologies
  • Construction Industry experience a plus

  • Strong attention to details in addition to analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills. 
  • Self-directed, taking the initiative to seek out and resolve issues before they impact the company. 
  • Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment. 
  • Availability to travel up to 10% of the of the time. 
  • Dependable, cooperative, and ethical. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage high stress situations calmly and clearly. 
  • Organize and schedule upgrades in tandem with company personnel without deterring or impacting others from completing their work. 
  • Maintain a high level of communication and follow-through with our users, your team, and management. 
  • Take personal responsibility to support our environment and users as opportunities arise. 
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information and act appropriately to safeguard it. 

Range of base pay is $140,000-$160,000.
