Position Summary
This is a JAGIC (Joint Air Ground Integration Cell) Trainer position at the Global Simulation Capability, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is late April 2024.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and quickly troubleshoot problems on federate systems (co-located and at remote sites), RTI infrastructure software, client system software and networking
- Serve as a manager of the JLCCTC Federation and as a communications hub for multiple simultaneous events
- Advise government representatives on technical recommendations and timelines with regards to JLCCTC capabilities
- Ensures all exercise databases are complete, accurate, functional and on time
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (associated discipline) / 5 years of experience in IS development, training, or related fields
- 5 years of service in, or support to, the Army or other national defense service
- 3 years of experience developing and providing IT and end-user training on computer HW and application SW
- 3 years of MCIS teaching experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing M&S team in support of training including systems JLCCTC, WARSIM, C2WSPTT, and other systems as required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Air Cell training and simulation using the C2WSPTT
- Experience with scenario development and performing analytical assessments of systems
- Knowledge, understanding, and experiencing using the JELC process
- Experience providing operator and functional training
- Knowledge and understanding of configuring, maintaining, and providing senior control oversight for C2WSPTT
- United States Citizen
- Active SECRET Security Clearance
