Description
You will greet, sign in, and provide excellent customer service to Thresholds clients, staff, and guests. As a central part of the location, you will build cordial relationships with the clients and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the building. Desk clerks also ensure safety by monitoring security cameras and making sure doors are locked and closed. You will contribute to client recovery by communicating with clinical teams verbally and through records. Additionally, you will support the program by answering and transferring phone calls, sorting mail, and completing other administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you need:
- Passion for mental health advocacy
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- To be at least 21 years old
- Reliable personal or public transportation to get to work location
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and dependability
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM -12:00 AM
