Outstanding opportunity to learn qPCR business and provide practical insights to improve the web performance for qPCR Assays portfolio! This business encompasses millions of products that live in virtual library. As such, it needs an intuitive website navigation and selection tools for customers to plan and order the best reagents for their experiment.The scope of this assignment will include:• mapping our current situation or current process,• collecting data and creation of Adobe Analytics dashboards,• engaging with cross-functional teams to review findings and brainstorm solutions.• giving oral presentations on the recommendations to steering committee• generating ideas and analytics to support the top business initiativesTypical Day• Check-in meeting with a supporting product manager.• Working sessions with the team to discuss what data need to be gathered to inform the improvements. Leverage Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other data sources.• A few hours a day of independently work harnessing, cleaning, and analyzing data, to prepare for discussion or upgrading dashboards.• The intern will collaborate with colleagues in finance, data science, marketing and operations to understand customer experience throughout their buying process.• Participate in cross-functional team calls to learn and offer ideas on all aspects of product management and new product development.• Senior product managers will be available to provide mentorship and support in developing an outstanding report out.• There will be many exciting chances to present the work and findings to other colleagues.Deliverables1. Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $14.75–$45.75.
