Department Description: Want to function at the top of your RN licensure and grow your skill set? Our nurses are integral in a patient’s continuum of care in an autonomous nurse-led and governed home care agency! We nurses make a visible and palpable difference in a family’s life and thrive in the long-term connections we make with our patients!

We support nurses with a place to grow in their RN career and use a wide variety of nursing skills. Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away, you are an integral part of an autonomous, high functioning, collaborative team where our nurses thrive. We have a thorough preceptorship and training process so our nurses feel confident and supported with ongoing learning and development sessions and support. 

In this position you will be working 3 nights a week with a pediatric client who is dependent on medical technology and is in need of 24-hour nursing care and assessment. We value your experience but will thoroughly train those who are interested in learning and expanding their clinical skills. 

On-call: Not Required
