Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, secure, safe, polite, and professional sample pick-up and delivery services.
- Maintain compliance with local and state guidelines regarding sample handling and chain of custody of samples.
- Complete and review paperwork pertaining to sample drop offs and pick-ups and verify all documentation is accounted for.
- Maintain company vehicle in a well maintained and presentable condition.
- Support all aspects of laboratory work including sample receipt, sample intake, sample processing, and sample storage.
- As needed, assist with daily tasks including cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment as well as assisting in documenting temperature logs, labware maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all laboratory safety, operation, quality assurance, and quality control Standard Operating Procedures.
- Exhibit professionalism at all times.
- Adherence to all laboratory safety, quality assurance and quality control documentation as specified in company Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintaining compliance with local and state guidelines requiring chain of custody of controlled substances
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving record (no at fault accidents or moving violations within the last 12 months) to drive company vehicle.
- Must pass a level 2 background check, drug test, be approved by and maintain ADHS employment eligibility.
