Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, secure, safe, polite, and professional sample pick-up and delivery services.
• Maintain compliance with local and state guidelines regarding sample handling and chain of custody of samples.
• Complete and review paperwork pertaining to sample drop offs and pick-ups and verify all documentation is accounted for.
• Maintain company vehicle in a well maintained and presentable condition.
• Support all aspects of laboratory work including sample receipt, sample intake, sample processing, and sample storage.
• As needed, assist with daily tasks including cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment as well as assisting in documenting temperature logs, labware maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all laboratory safety, operation, quality assurance, and quality control Standard Operating Procedures.
• Exhibit professionalism at all times.
• Adherence to all laboratory safety, quality assurance and quality control documentation as specified in company Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintaining compliance with local and state guidelines requiring chain of custody of controlled substances

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving record (no at fault accidents or moving violations within the last 12 months) to drive company vehicle.
• Must pass a level 2 background check, drug test, be approved by and maintain ADHS employment eligibility.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
