The internship opportunity is open to all full-time high school/college students with a passion for agriculture.

Here are the basic requirements:

• Animal husbandry skills, or the desire to learn how to effectively care for pigs
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Ability to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively meet challenges and deadlines

• One year farm and/or livestock experience (preferred not required)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and computers
