PRN Requirement: 

• PRN Staff Member must be available to work a minimum of four (4) shifts per calendar month, this includes a minimum of two (2) shifts being weekend. Shifts are 7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p, 11p-7:30a. Staff member must be open to working all shifts as openings vary to complete PRN requirement. 
• PRN Staff Member must be available to work 1 Summer Holiday, 1 Spring Holiday and 1 Winter Holiday. 

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide care for patients in senior care settings, focusing on their unique needs.
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures as required for diagnostic testing.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
