Essential Functions:

• Provides residents with quality care by providing physical, psychosocial, and social support.
• Assists with all ADLs, dining, and recreational programming.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Practical Nurse, CPR Certification required.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office, and the use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
