We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team and contribute to our commitment to holistic wellness.

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dietitian to provide expert nutritional guidance and support to our residents. This hybrid role offers flexibility with both on-site and remote responsibilities, allowing you to balance resident interaction with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting healthy living and will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through individualized dietary planning and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate residents’ nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans.
  • Provide one-on-one dietary counseling and group education sessions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to integrate dietary plans with overall care strategies.
  • Monitor and track residents’ progress, adjusting dietary plans as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition and incorporate best practices into resident care.
  • Develop and implement nutrition-related programs and initiatives to promote healthy living within the community.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dietary guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to kitchen and food service staff on dietary needs and nutrition-related topics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dietitian, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and food service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records preferred.
