MAINTENANCE WORKER
Full-time | 40 hours/week
Pay: $24.29 - $25.73/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential
Schedule Options:
• 2:00 pm – 12:30 am, Mon – Thu (Second Shift)
• 6:30 pm - 8:20 am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (3rd Shift)

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll handle a variety of repair and upkeep tasks across our campus. From preventive maintenance to snow removal, your work directly supports the daily life of our community and helps keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general corrective and preventive maintenance
• Maintain buildings and equipment, including heating/cooling systems
• Use basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• Operate power tools safely
• Assist with snow removal when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Valid NYS driver’s license (required to operate company vehicles)
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
