As a Continuous Improvement intern, you will be working with the quality and continuous improvement teams, which work with every other department, providing a well-rounded internship experience. Our primary focus for this session will be creating video content to supplement our new documentation system. This system outlines how each job function is performed and will be a seminal component of our business going forward.

Knowledge and skills you will gain:
- Gain practical insights into manufacturing processes and material flow within a dynamic production environment.
- Acquire a solid foundation in ISO 9001:2015 management systems and basic understanding of the standard
- Develop the ability to map and document current processes, facilitating a deeper understanding of workflow and potential areas of optimization.
- Use technology solutions to increase the reach of our training programs and help others learn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively, honing your interpersonal and project management skills.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
- Enrolled in college with a focus on pursuing a degree in engineering, a manufacturing-related field, or business management.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and problem-solve, even at an introductory level
- Exhibit effective communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Display a genuine interest in manufacturing operations and process improvement.
The national pay range for this role is $14.00 to $17.00 per hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
