Position Overview:
The Therapist is responsible for providing the clinical treatment for all youth within the program(s) to which they are assigned. The Therapist shows dedication and willingness to work alongside existing treatment models, supporting and carrying out the functions of the model to best serve the population. They are expected to have a nonjudgmental approach that focuses on skill building and basic principles of behavior (reinforcement, extinction, blocking and shaping). They are required to function as part of a team, committing to modeling pro social behavior and building positive relationships with all residents.
Positions Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work or counseling required. LCSW, LMSW, LMHC Licensure required. Four (4) years documented relevant job experience required. Ability to function successfully on interdisciplinary treatment team. Driver’s license. Excellent written and verbal skills including ability to successfully manage multiple tasks. Bi-Lingual preferred.
Salary: $70,000
