Description

Position Overview

The Director organizes, administers, and oversees the clinical social service operations of the Inwood House Supervised Independent Living Program utilizing evidence-based best practice models. Provides supervision and support to case managers and clinical interns; schedules and attends biweekly team treatment meetings. Will complete mental health clinical assessments and provide ongoing clinical treatment to residents at assigned sites.

The Director will be responsible for reviewing all cases to ensure compliance with city and state mandates.

The Director will engage in outreach related to maintaining contact and connections with community-based medical/mental health provider agencies, establish and/or maintain MOUs, and participate in meetings necessary to ensure an effective collaboration with outside providers that will benefit the residents as they transition to the community.

Position Qualifications:

LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or equivalent; minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of mental health preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff. Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with youth in a residential or juvenile justice setting. Must have some familiarity with DBT, MST, FFT, Trauma Informed Treatment, Motivational Interviewing and other treatment modalities.

Salary: $90,000 flat annual rate
