Position Overview:

The WAY Works Site Coordinator provides oversight and direct supervision of WAY Works site. The WAY Works Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of youth who work on site.

The coordinator is responsible for developing timely and accurate communication between the cottage and recreation departments. The coordinator is also required for creating work schedule, Job description, maintaining equipment, purchasing, attendance, and the safety of the workspace.

Position Qualifications:

• High School diploma required  
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.

Salary: $20.00 hourly
