Position Overview:
Coordinates agency-wide use of proprietary and state-mandated recordkeeping and billing applications, including CONNECTIONS, CCRS, myEvolv, SSPS, and any other programs identified or selected in the future as appropriate. Manages user accounts, access, permissions, and protocols for CONNECTIONS, CCRS and myEvolv, LEWIS (or subsequent successor applications). Acts as a liaison between the agency, regulatory bodies, funders, and internal program leadership to ensure compliance with quality mandates and program deliverables. Responsible for submitting and reconciling monthly census and billing information for foster care and juvenile justice placement programs.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in child welfare and Connections systems OR High School diploma with 8 years’ experience in Connections administration and oversight. Extensive knowledge of New York child welfare and juvenile justice programs and regulatory environment. Minimum 1 year experience conducting group trainings.
Salary: $56,000
