St. Paul’s Children’s Center is looking for an energetic, compassionate staff member as a full-time lead teacher the two-year-old class.

• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is able to delegate tasks to team members.
• The ability to create and organize lesson plans based on ages and stages is important.
• The candidate can work independently as well as with a team to implement policies and procedures based on PCLB licensing requirements.
• The lead teacher must have the ability to clearly communicate with proficient written and oral skills to families.
• Preferred prerequisites include DCF 40 clock hours, Level II Background Screening, CDA and Infant/Child CPR & First Aid.
