How your role fits into Boldt:
Our Project Quality Manager is responsible for providing leadership, process knowledge, technical;expertise, and resources to help assure that quality is built into and is an outcome of work processes on;our projects. This role is a key front-line position responsible for implementing, planning, facilitating,;directing, evaluating, and continuously improving project quality processes. Success is demonstrated;by strengthening and maintaining relationships between quality, production, and safety on construction;projects and by helping to create a collaborative environment where raising awareness to quality issues;is celebrated and builds a quality-focused culture on project sites.
