Job Summary:
Hours: A Crew 6:45AM to 7PM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule.
Pay: $22+ depending on experience level.
The Quality Lab Tech I is responsible for various testing activities required for the Quality Assurance process. This responsibility is primarily incoming raw material and physical property testing of manufactured products at the Wilmington location. Efforts will be within their designated shift or across shifts as directed to accomplish departmental objectives. The Quality Lab Tech must/will possess considerable skills, knowledge and experience related to the Manufacturing Processes, Quality Systems, Equipment and Specifications within the Prairie Plant. Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- High School or GED required
- Strong mechanical aptitude; understand manufacturing processes and technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
