• 5+ years of change management experience – has been through multiple life cycles. 
• Experience developing communication plans 
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Experience providing support and delivery of training programs through change management efforts 

• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Comfortable in the gray area 

• Utilities Experience
• Change Management certifications
• Agile / Scrum certifications
