WHO YOU ARE

Our Ecommerce Retail Sales Manager is a proactive leader successful at driving revenue growth and increasing profitability for The AMES Companies and its product lines on e-Retail customer sites. Our established and reliable brands include: ClosetMaid, Razor-Back, True Temper, Jackson, AMES, Southern Patio and other national brands.

This role will champion the account relationship and be the main point of contact to the Vendor Manager and other category merchant levels. This role will provide on-going strategic guidance and will continue to expand as Digital Commerce evolves. Works directly with e-retail partners and internal teams maximizing content and product page strategy. This position will manage the Amazon accounts. Additional accounts may be assigned as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage the daily sales and operations of our Amazon 1P accounts across all product lines that The AMES Companies (TAC) sells.

  • Develops and onboard new product listings, while maintaining and increasing sales of existing online listings of The AMES Companies products
  • Develop strategies with the Online Merchandising Manager on merchandising, product selection, new product launches and promotions.
  • Work and be the account expert in Amazon Vendor Central portal, third party order management systems and any other portals required to manage the accounts
  • Analyze sales data available in the e-Retailer portals and multiple internal platforms to review performance, assortment changes required and opportunities for placement of products.
  • Present various types of information formally and informally to customer account teams and internal TAC stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams on ecommerce distribution
  • Work with internal operations, forecasting and inventory teams to ensure product availability.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years’ experience with eCommerce sales, category management, or marketing experience – Working with Amazon preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong planning, tracking, and organizing skills.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, innovative, creative team player, ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Travel required (10%)

WHERE YOU WILL WORK

The position is currently Hybrid. Working from home Monday and Friday, and onsite corporate office in Lake Nona Tuesday through Thursday.
