Description:
Responsible for managing Our client's relationships with targeted advisors in North America and will:
•Work with all our client's units to brief and position Our client's products and services to advisors.
•Broaden and deepen Our client's relationships with Advisors
•Work with advisors to bring in qualified opportunities
•Work with advisors to get coaching on on-going deals
•Plan, schedule and facilitate Advisor meetings with Our client's leaders
•Track and report all advisor deal and interaction activity
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for positioning our client as a thought-leader with the Advisors through frequent Executive meetings and briefings
•Responsible for deepening and tracking of relations with the Advisors
•Responsible for increasing the Wallet Share (Leads / RFP’s / Win Rate) of the TPA led pursuits, providing appropriate introductions and support to the MMU teams
•Focused GTM and market penetration activities with key TPA’s
•Lead and drive Advisory briefings, workshops, etc. across all verticals and service lines
•
Qualifications:
•IT / BPO background in sales and/ or consulting
•5+ years of Advisory Relations as part of 15+ years of business experience
•Capability to build relationships at all levels (externally with Advisors and internally within our client)
•Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to travel 50%
•Understanding of and an ability to apply the relationship skills and communication skills requisite to succeed in large, complex Advisor led deal opportunities
•A masters like an MBA or MSA degree required
