Description:
The candidate will take the role of technical faculty to train and groom Client trainees in Java and related technologies. They will be familiar with the Agile approach. While the primary responsibility is to deliver classroom based training for newly hired trainees based in Milford, OH, the candidate will also be expected to support relevant Talent Development initiatives across North America where possible.

Deliver training in Core Java 8, Servlets, JSP, Hibernate, Struts, and emerging digital technologies to entry-level associates undergoing Initial Learning Program (ILP) in North America.
Create awareness in Agile and project management processes for trainees to implement during ILP.
Coach and share feedback with learners to improve their overall effectiveness as professional consultants Create and maintain a positive learning environment by following organization standards
Evaluate learning effectiveness by conducting assessments and reviews.
Ensure readiness of learning infrastructure by coordinating with the Infrastructure support team and other relevant teams.
Create and share reports on learning effectiveness.
Additional responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver technical training programs as needed by project teams throughout the geography.
Diagnose technical deficiencies; take action to reduce or eliminate these challenges through comprehensive training programs.
Identify technical growth areas and proactively implement training programs to help associates gain niche technical skills.
Own and support assigned initiatives in the North America Talent Development team
