Description:
Facilitate the full recruiting life cycle and employment process of hiring MBAs and MBA Summer Interns from designated Business Schools. This will include developing campus relationships, organizing and participating in the interviewing and selection processes, as well as promoting our leadership programs to Candidates.
Responsibilities:
•Post the job specifications for the full MBA hires (TALP) and MBA Summer Interns (TMIP) with the designated business schools and use the full functionality to manage the selection process using their internal recruitment and tracking systems
•Schedule all on campus events, including presentations, interviews, and lectures
•Act as primary communication point person with Applicants and Executive Mentors from initial contact point to job offer and acceptances.
•Manage all college relations functions and communications with the Business School’s clubs
•Work with the ISUs and Executive Mentors to develop and manage the 10 week Summer Internship Program and facilitate conversion process to FT hires the following year
•Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, interview feedback, and other recruitment activities to ensure Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
•Send communication updates to both the Executive Mentors and the MBA Project Team on a regular basis.
•Track and coordinate the movement of the MBA Hires during the 3 year Tata Accelerated Leadership Program
•Manage and track the spend against annual and quarterly budgets
•Clear all invoices related to MBA hiring for approval
Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in related field
•3-5 years related work experience in recruitment with at least 1 year experience doing full life cycle graduate or undergraduate college recruitment
•Demonstrated ability to handle large program management
•Able to manage competing demands and multi task
•Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to work with top B-Schools
•Must be sophisticated and comfortable working staff at with top B-Schools
•Able to travel up to 10% domestically, higher during key months
•Must be able to work successfully with multiple cultures
