Description:
Our client is looking for a Manager, College Recruitment and Relations for North America who is looking for a challenge and wants to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The position will be based out of Edison, New Jersey.
Experience Required;
•A minimum of 10 years of Human Resource experience and must have a minimum of 5 years of college recruiting and relations experience preferably in the Information Technology Industry.
•Must be able to demonstrate the ability to recruit on a national and multi location level
•Must have at least 2 years of Supervisory Experience
•College Degree Required
Position Description:
•Responsible for doing all College Recruitment
•Responsible for developing and executing the College Relations strategy for North America
•Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with deans, directors, professors and other administrative staff of academic departments and career centers as well as with student leaders of target Universities.
•Develop a pipeline of high-quality talent with experience in the IT industry desirable at the undergraduate, graduate and continuing education levels.
•Research and build expertise regarding recruiting issues and trends at target Universities/ Schools and develop and execute plan to attract top talent.
•Create marketing materials and communication strategy to increase awareness on campus and encourage students to apply.
•Coordinate all on-campus events and work with Hiring Managers to staff on-campus events and interview schedules.
•Collect feedback and track metrics on all College Recruiting related activities.
•Responsible for managing a staff of College Recruiters.
•Drives communications with hiring managers, other senior leaders ensuring understanding of, and compliance to, the recruitment process and policies
•Involve in project work including the standardization of recruitment processes, setting recruitment strategy, and implementing best practices into the recruitment function.
•A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
•25-30% travel will be involved.
