Description:
Understand and facilitate the entire Background Check Process, legal requirements and compliance imperatives. Understand client MSAs and execute checks in accordance to requirements, co-ordinate with BGC vendors. In addition, understand the Form i-9 process and requirements thereof.
Responsibilities:
•Understand MSA and BGC requirements documented in these.
•Create packages in vendor systems and ensure that BA vendors are also able to understand these
•Adjudicate cases and ensure that these are in line with the requirements in the MSA
•Ensure that audits go on smoothly with no non-compliances
•Review MSAs and suggest changes as required
•Maintain accurate documentation and feedback where required
•Ensure that all processes are in line with legal and compliance requirements
•Represent Our Client during insourcing deals in the context of BGC requirements
Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in related field
•8-10 years total HR experience with at least 5 years as BGC specialist.
•Able to manage competing demands and multi task
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Must be able to work with all Hiring Managers
•Must be able to work successfully with multiple cultures
