Job Description:
The artificial intelligence platform architect will lead the development of autonomous driving software solutions with modular design and integrated platform to handle machine learning and deep learning simulation systems. The aspirant must possess first hand AI platform setup experience and be willing to operate in flat organization structure and across functional teams to leverage the best of capabilities available.
This role will join a team developing the next generation of autonomous driving solutions for solving business problems in the automotive and next-gen mobility industry.
Responsibilities:
•Architect and design modular and integrated AI platform, leverage cloud and on premise compute infrastructure and implement large scale ML/DL systems.
•Responsible for architecture vision and design of next generation AI system required for autonomous driving technologies and future programs.
•Establish standards and guidelines for the design, development, deployment and maintenance of AI platform.
•Help the broader team by providing mentorship, code reviews and education.
•Undertake solution response preparation, solution estimation and client presentations for client based opportunities.
•Prepare white papers and participate in technology forums through blogs and speaker sessions.
Measurement Metrics for the role include successful deliverables of Assets & Solutions and successful Client Engagements
Experience:
•Background in Information Technology in the Automotive industry.
•Experience with automation, data and deployment needs for machine learning systems.
•Experience in training machine learning models.
•Experience deploying machine learning pipelines in production.
•Knowledge of modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Qualifications:
•BS, MS or PhD in Computer Architecture, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in distributed systems development and design.
•5+ years of automotive industry experience working at OEM / Tier 1
•Real passion for distributed systems and parallel computing
•Experience as a deep learning researcher.
•Expert in writing microservices.
•Knowledge of Kubernetes, Go, KubeFlow.
•Experience in building distributed learning and/or active learning systems.
•Experience in building systems to implement hyper-parameter optimization strategies.
