Description:
The VMO Manager supports Sony Pictures' IT outsourcing by managing vendor relationships, tracking performance, and ensuring contract compliance. This role focuses on optimizing services, controlling costs, and aligning vendors with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Vendor Performance:
oUnderstand the requirements and manage the online portal
oConfigure , Monitor SLAs and KPIs, addressing performance issues promptly.
oEscalate and resolve performance concerns.
oNegotiating contracts with suppliers
oAssessing the performance of vendors
oEnsuring vendor compliance with company standards
oManaging vendor billing and disbursements
2.Contract Management:
oSupport contract review and compliance.
oManage contract renewals, amendments and timelines.
3.Vendor Relationships:
oServe as the main contact for vendor communication and issue resolution.
oFoster collaboration to ensure service improvements.
4.Cost Optimization:
oAnalyze invoices for accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
oEnsure vendor billing aligns with contract terms.
5.Reporting & Analytics:
oGenerate reports on vendor performance and service delivery metrics.
oProvide insights to improve vendor services.
6.Risk & Compliance:
oEnsure vendors comply with security, data privacy, and legal standards.
oIdentify and mitigate vendor-related risks.
7.Process Improvement:
oEnhance vendor management processes for efficiency and transparency.
8.Collaboration:
oWork closely with IT and procurement teams to align vendor services with strategic goals.

Salary Range: $124,200-$187,800 a year
