Job Title: -  SuccessFactors Practice Head. 

Reporting To:  Global Head of SAP Business Strategy

Experience: Fifteen years or more 

Responsibility: Responsible for Running SAP SuccessFactors Practice and P&L 

Required Skills:- Candidate must have 

•Ability to manage P&L, Alliances, Partnerships, Solution teams and large delivery organization

•Ability to incubate and lead a SuccessFactors practice independently

•Capability to strategize and deliver according to business plans

•Excellent customer facing and inter personal skills

•Subject matter expertise in HR Technologies with the ability to demonstrate understanding of the business applications and opportunities in that market.

•Large-sized team handling experience

•Ability to work with global team.

•Experience working with “C” level executive clients

•Ability to collaborate in cross-team settings with colleagues that include application integration/architecture, enterprise architecture, application testing, technology service providers, and industry specific analysts
