About the Job 

We are seeking a dynamic Sustainability Sales, Pre-Sales & Advisory Business Consultant to drive business growth and strategic initiatives for Sustainability & ESG. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sustainability-focused solutions, advising clients on sustainable business practices, and supporting pre-sales engagements with technical and strategic insights. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, market analysis, and thought leadership to foster relationships and drive sustainability transformation.  

Qualifications: 

•Postgraduate in Chemical /Civil/ Environmental Sciences Engg or any related fields 

•13+ years of Experience in Sustainability or related domain 

•Must have led the global ESG data and reporting transformation strategy, with evolving regulatory frameworks (CSRD, ISSB, TCFD etc.) and corporate sustainability goals

•Led global strategy development for energy and water sustainability

•Deployed a global ESG reporting framework, embedding sustainability into core business operations

•Identify and engage prospective clients to promote sustainability solutions and advisory services.  

•Developed strategic consulting  plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.  

•Cultivated relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government entities, and sustainability-focused organizations

•Provided expert guidance on sustainability frameworks, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies, and regulatory requirements

Salary range: $122,000 - $180,000 a year
