- Candidate will administer multiple contractual commitments for commercial aircraft, fabrication of parts, data, and services provided by the company
- Candidate will coordinate and prepare weekly reports to be provided to executive leadership
- Candidate will prepare and/or participate in the preparation of contractual/agreement documents, nondisclosure agreements, proposals (including ground rules and assumptions), terms and conditions risk assessments,
- Candidate will administer Purchase Order (PO) management and invoicing and audit support
Candidate will be working in a team environment, interacting with multiple disciplines and multiple levels of leadership, providing contractual and strategic guidance, establishing effective long-term customer relationships (internal and external), and meeting commitments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and/or 2 years’ related experience
- Experience in the contract life cycle including proposals, negotiations, drafting, administration, and closeout of contracts
- Ability to identify, assess and recommend mitigation for commercial risk inherent in a contract and present to leadership
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple Business Units and geographical regions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively work multiple simultaneous assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

- Strategic thinker and be able to identify and mitigate potential contract risks when reviewing terms and conditions
- Experience supporting Aerospace contracting and program management is preferred
- Experience with FAR/DFARs is a plus
