  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of complex IT projects/Programs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

  • PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance future project delivery.
  • Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including the creation, evaluation, and selection of vendors or service providers.
  • Organize and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, involving key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and decision-making for projects.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education / Experience / Background
  • ●        Bachelor degree or equivalent required
  • ●        Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management
  • ●        Proven experience successfully leading and managing multiple, parallel complex IT projects
  • ●        Demonstrated experience in personnel management and working with offshore teams
  • ●        Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

  • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities 
  • ●        Strong knowledge of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • ●        Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • ●        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • ●        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • ●        Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Solid capacity for tracking budgets and reporting deviations early.
  • ●        Experience in working with and managing vendors (onshore and offshore)
  • ●        Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • ●        Proficiency in project management software and tools.
