Job Description:

Coordinates and manages tasks for various projects/initiatives and facilitates associated work efforts within the health network. Communicates on a consistent basis with appropriate partners, project sponsors, committees, leaders, and other stakeholders regarding project priorities, project status, and project opportunities. Supports the varying multidisciplinary teams and operational leaders by carrying the bulk of administrative responsibilities while learning the key skills within the project management discipline. Performs various clerical tasks such as filing papers and organizing supplies. Scheduling meetings for OD VP and Administrator as well as group OD meetings, Managing the sessions schedule, registrations, logistics and materials for education sessions, Talent management, and Partners in Caring. Support of sending out pre/post session surveys and compiling feedback data.

  • •             Associates Degree

  • Experience – Required
  • •             2 years’ Experience in handling projects or administrative work that include tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and teamwork.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – Required/Preferred
  • •             Ability to exercise good judgment.
  • •             Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
  • •             Must be detail-and-results oriented; highly organized and accurate.
  • •             Proficient in project planning.
  • •             Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Essential Functions - Required
  • •             Working with facilitators and teams to determine training schedules
  • •             Scheduling room reservations, catering, and all logistics for in-person sessions
  • •             Preparing and distributing materials for sessions
  • •             TLC administration including setting up registrations and running reports for attendance
  • •             Sending out calendar invites and reminders
  • •             Tracking registrations and cancellations
  • •             Running reports for facilitators
  • •             Preparing and sending evaluations, theming feedback, and provide reports to the facilitators
