The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for registering and scheduling inpatient and outpatient procedures and surgical appointments for patients, clinics, physicians, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner. Customer and quality service are the main objectives.

This position is a full-time Appointment Scheduler opportunity based at our Corporate Office in Woodbury, MN. Scheduled work hours are Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm  (subject to change)  

This role will also be cross trained in some switchboard and clinic navigator duties in addition to the scheduling role.

High School or better.

Experience

Required

1 year:
Scheduling experience is required. Previous specialty clinic scheduling is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service, phone etiquette and attention to detail required.
