Salary range: $18.88 - $20.00 per hour 

Job Description

*Must live within commuting distance of the STCU Headquarters located in Liberty Lake, WA.*

The Software Development internship will provide an opportunity to work within a highly collaborative and Agile development team. The intern can expect to work on full stack web development software, using modern web development tools such as .NET and Angular. Responsibilities will include updating new and existing features in STCU's online banking tools, providing support in resolving issues, and working closely with other developers and STCU employees. Candidates can expect to understand requirements, problem solve, build their own solutions, and help support and maintain multiple application environments such as development, testing, staging, and production.

Duration: June - December 2024

Schedule/Hours per week: 40 hours per week during the summer, 20 hours per week during the fall

Eligibility: Candidates must currently live within commuting distance to Headquarters in Liberty Lake, WA. Candidates must currently be enrolled in a local college for the entirety of the internship and of at least a junior standing, through December 2024. 

Qualifications

Current college student with an interest in web development and programming experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, Transact-SQL, CSS, JavaScript and Microsoft’s Visual Studio development platform. A desire to work in an Agile development team with an emphasis on Scrum methodologies. Must be a hard worker with a fun, can-do attitude.
